Honda Civic Type-R sedan in Japan

The Japanese market is exclusively getting the Type-R version of the latest Honda Civic sedan.

This 2008 model features a seriously-tuned 225 hp 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine, along with sports suspension and a very aggressive body kit, among other performance goodies. We don’t expect this hot one to show up here officially anytime soon.
