General Motors has released brief details about their upcoming 2010 Chevrolet Cruze compact car, along with official photos.

Chevy’s “world car” will utilise either a 112 hp 1.6-litre or a 140 hp 1.8-litre 4-cylinder engine. It seems GM is putting a lot of work into this car, given falling SUV sales worldwide (except here of course). The interior is rather upscale for a compact car, as seen in spy shots of the prototype.

The Cruze will make its worldwide debut in October this year.

how lame! 112 hp! fine if its a 1.6 but we need all we can get from the engine. atleast abve 120hp. Chevrolet never impressed me anyway besides the lumina models.

They have to do something about the car being sooo short aged, 2008 lumina s started having troubles 1 month after buying it, it’s a disaster.
the power steering box broken many times during 3 months, the gear collapsed after 5 months, and other problems.
Chinese cars are better than this
