Bridgestone Middle East and Africa officially opened Bridgestone Park, their new 21,678 metre-square facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone, recently.

Bridgestone Park features a FirstStop retail store for passenger cars, the Truck and Bus Tyre Service Centre, and a Bandag Learning Centre which specialises in retread training. The three facilities will be used as models to educate and train regional business partners as these new Bridgestone brands and services are introduced across the region.

FirstStop has a dedicated team that offers free safety checks on vehicles, and the shop will stock a full range of tyres and auto-care products. The comprehensive tyre services include alignment, balancing, repair, and rotation, while the auto-care services include oil/filter change and battery change.

The new Bridgestone Truck Tyre Centre is a unique facility that services commercial vehicles. Through BTTC, Bridgestone intends to increase the safety of commercial vehicles through customer awareness and improve the lifespan of truck tyres.

The Bandag Learning Centre houses state-of-the-art equipment that will be used for retread training. The learning centre emphasises the safety and reliability of the Bandag system retreads, and showcases the economical and environmental value of retreaded tyres. Bridgestone is promoting their retread system as a environmentally-friendly solution as it uses up to 75% less energy and resources than making a new truck tyre.

The new Bridgestone Park also includes a training facility serving the Middle East and Africa region. The Training Centre will be used by Bridgestone employees, distributors, and business partners across the region to develop their knowledge and skills.
