Lamborghini Huracan officially revealed as Gallardo replacement

2015 Lamborghini Huracan 2
This here is the Lamborghini Huracán LP610-4, the official replacement for the Gallardo after nearly a decade.

With styling inspired from the Aventador, the Huracán is powered by a 5.2-litre direct-injected V10, making 610 hp at 8250 rpm 560 Nm of torque at 6500 rpm, with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and all-wheel-drive. It does the 0-100 kph run in 3.2 seconds, and reaches 200 kph in 9.9 seconds, with a top speed of “over” 325 kph. It also features three driving modes as well as a stop-start system, while fuel consumption is now as low as 12.5 litres/100 km combined.

The Huracán, named after yet another Spanish fighting bull, will make its official debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show in March, but before that, it’ll take part in 130 different private events in 60 cities around the world, so the UAE is likely going to be a stopover.
