2016 Toyota Fortuner brochure and images leaked
Scanned pictures of the brochure and new images of the 2016 Toyota Fortuner has made its way online. The new Fortuner is set to be officially revealed in Thailand on July 17th.
The 2016 Fortuner will continue with its body-on-frame chassis based on the 2016 Toyota Hilux, with improvements apparently made to make it lighter and more rigid than the outgoing version. The exterior gets a completely new look, with front fascia featuring sharper styling and LED running lamps.
The interior is all new, featuring an updated infotainment system. The leaked images also show a 7-seater layout as before.
The engine specs likely remains the same as the current generation, which include 2.7-litre 4-cylinder and 4.0-litre V6 units.
The 2016 Toyota Fortuner should come to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other GCC countries by the end of this year.

Dont expect it to stay in the same price as now, the current V6 model is sold for 125k or little more, so expect this to be offered around 135k minimum, still expensive for it, dont forget that this car is based on the Hilux, which means bad ride quality and handling but in return it is capable off roader, and not all people want to go off road, in fact majority of them won’t, so they will prefer other cars that handle better and and have better fuel economy and more comfortable

I find the new Kia Sorento superior than this overall.
Even if this car claims good for offroading I will not take it to the desert.

Toyota showroom in Dubai informed yesterday that this new shape of Fortuner is not coming in UAE in 2016….it will be available only in 2017. Not a good news

Great car for off road and luxury.My father liked the car very much and he is interested to by the car.But we asked one of the dealer which the showroom is near festival city,they said that the car is coming on march 2016 but no information about it.Can i know about arrival of the fortuner from your side please.Can i know about the features in detail.I know the which is from other countries like Australia and Thailland but not UAE.
