 Officially introduced in the UAE at a launch party in Abu Dhabi, Porsche held a media driving event for the all-new Porsche Panamera GT sedan. The road trip comprised of a drive from Dubai to Fujairah and back in cars shared with other journalists, and a free lunch somewhere in between.  The all-new Porsche Panamera made its UAE debut at an event hosted in Abu Dhabi for customers and media. It was also the first time that the Panamera sedan has gone on sale outside Europe, as the GCC is the second region to make the car available in showrooms.  Well-known Porsche tuners 9ff has introduced their version of the Porsche Panamera hunchback sedan, which is yet to go on sale in the GCC even in stock form. The 9ff version is still in the design stage.  A German magazine is reporting that a Porsche Panamera Turbo driven by Porsche test driver Walter Röhrl has lapped the popular Nürburgring race track in 7 minutes 56 seconds, which shaves about three seconds off the record 7 minutes 59.32 seconds time set by the Cadillac CTS-V to claim the title of fastest sedan on [...] |
