Jaguar XE 2018 Overview
The Jaguar XE is the smallest car offering from the British brand. The XE is offered with two engines - a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged motor and a 3.0-litre V6 supercharged unit. The turbocharged engine is offered in two different tunes. All models get the 8-speed automatic transmission. Standard options in the XE include power steering, power windows, power mirrors, central locking, dual-zone AC, smart key system with keyless start, 8-inch display screen, 6 speakers, cloth seasts, paddle shifters and 17-inch alloy wheels. The higher option models get leather seats, sunroof, ventilated seats, xenon headlights, adaptive cruise control, head-up display, bodykit, and 18 to 19-inch rims. Safety features include All Surface Progress Control (ASPC), Torque Vectoring by Braking (TVbB), ABS, dynamic stability control (DSC), lane departure warning, closing vehicle sensing, autonomous emergency braking, driver and passenger front and side airbags.

| Known Problems | In the US, there were recalls for the fuel rail end which may leak, and instrument cluster which may go blank. Few owners reported random electrical issue including engine stalling, display going blank, active exhaust stuck open, transmission unintendedly shifting to Park, and key not recognizing. |
