So we got a 2016 Ford F-150 EcoBoost
The Ford F-150 is easily the most technologically-advanced truck in its class. Where else can you get an aluminium-bodied fullsize pickup with a turbo engine that makes it quicker than a V8? That got your attention.
The F-150 seen here is a mid-range Lariat trim, although you can get it in several other trim levels as well, including the full-fat Platinum.
Inside, we don’t see the Lariat missing out on anything compared to the Platinum.

I see more and more of F 150s everyday, this truck is gaining momentum and increasing sales, 2 of my colleagues bought ones already, but never got the chance to drive one, waiting for the full review

This by far is the most recommended vehicle by ford dealers here…totally worth it….and they have compared it with the v8…n they prefer this over the v8….wanted to buy this so bad …parking this truck is the only issue in my opinion….otherwise by day better to buy this over an suv….what do you think mashfique?

I drive the 2016 XLT 3.5 EcoBoost, it is my every day car. I’ve driven both the EcoBoost & V8 back to back and I have to admit the EcoBoost has by far the most power and torque in the lineup, I just wish the exhaust note had a little more “muscle car” tone to it. What sets the new F-150 EcoBoost apart from any other truck out there is the power to weight ratio and how light the truck feels while driving around town. Aluminum body combined with a poweful lightweight twin turbo engine really helps it accelerate faster than any Sierra or Silverado I’ve driven. Then theres the SYNC connectivity which is simply amazing, being able to change music and other settings by voice control. Looking forward to your review on this beast!
