The BYD Shark 6 marks the Chinese automaker's entry into the midsize pickup segment, combining traditional pickup practicality with plug-in hybrid technology. Built on BYD's DMO Super Hybrid Off-Road Platform, the Shark 6 features a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine working alongside dual electric motors and a permanent all-wheel-drive system. In the UAE, the pickup is offered in a single Premium trim with an extensive list of standard equipment, including a head-up display, a 360-degree camera system, vehicle-to-load (V2L) capability, and multiple off-road driving modes.
