2004 Audi A4

The Audi A4 received its first major redesign for its second generation. Available as a sedan from 2001 and as a convertible from 2003, the wagon is not offered here, for obvious reasons. Engines for the sedan include a 2.0-litre normally-aspirated four and a 1.8-litre turbocharged four, along with a 3.0-litre V6. The sedan could also be ordered in hot S4 form from a few dealerships, which adds a V8 engine and sporting suspension, among other goodies. The cabriolet can be had in this region with a 3.0-litre V6 as well as the 1.8-litre turbo four. There is a choice of a manual for all engines, though not officially offered on most models. Standard on the front-wheel-drive models is the Multitronic CVT automatic. The all-wheel-drive models get a traditional automatic.
