The Cherry E5 is the Chinese brand's compact sedan offering. The front-wheel drive E5 gets a 1.8-litre 4-cylinder engine, mated to a CVT automatic. The ACTECO engine, jointly developed by Chery and AVL, Austria, has also passed a 3,000,000km road test and 10,000 hours tough bench test following European and American standards.
