2020 Mercedes-Benz C Class

A new generation Mercedes-Benz C-Class debuted as a 2015 model. It is 95 mm longer with 80 mm extra wheelbase, 40 mm wider and up to 100 kg lighter than the previous model. In 2019, it got a slight facelift. There are three variants on offer in the GCC which is the C 180 which gets a 1.6-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged motor, the C 200 and the C 250, both of which get a 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder engine but with different tunes. Power is delivered via a 7-speed automatic transmission. More variants are expected to join later. Three different suspension setups are offered, including a first-in-class air suspension option. Inside, most dashboard buttons have been replaced by a screen which can be accessed via a rotary controller or an optional touchpad. Standard safety features include multiple airbags, stability control and traction control. Various optional safety systems include Active Parking Assist, Adaptive Highbeam Assist Plus and Traffic Sign Assist with Wrong-Way Alert.
