Overview
In 2014, the BMW 4 Series Convertible replaced the 3-series convertible model. In 2017, it got a minor facelift and some upgrades. It is offered as two variants in the GCC. The 428i features a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine and the 440i comes with the turbocharged 3.0-litre inline-6 motor. Both are available with a standard 8-speed sport automatic or a six-speed manual transmission. Only real-wheel drive versions will be offered here. The new BMW 4 Series Convertible is visibly larger in width and wheelbase than the outgoing BMW 3 Series Convertible. The BMW 4 Series Convertible gets "Air Breathers", which are positioned rearwards of the front wheel arches to reduce drag.
