The Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG is a sub-compact sports sedan of the German brand. If features a 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder engine mated to a 7-speed automatic and an all-wheel-drive platform. In 2017, it got a power boost. It gets the AMG-specific bumpers and wheels. Other AMG-specific features include a conservative "twin-blade" grille, black side-sills and trim, and squared-off exhaust tips. Further features include sports seats, stiffer suspension, sports exhaust system, speed-sensitive sports steering, transmission oil cooler, bigger brakes and an AMG-tuned ESP system. The CLA 45 AMG "Edition 1" model includes red highlights on certain trim bits, red brake calipers, 19-inch AMG light-alloy wheels in matte black, and special seat upholstery, AMG Performance steering wheel and other doodads. Safety features include front driver and passenger airbags, curtain airbags, ABS brakes, ESP and traction control.
