2007 Mercedes-Benz SL Class

The SL has undergone numerous design and interior improvements in its facelifted-for-2007 iteration. Models include the new 3.5-litre SL 350, the new 5.5-litre SL 500 and the twin-turbo 5.5-litre SL 600 rocketship. Upping the ante are two sport-tuned models, namely the upgraded supercharged 5.5-litre SL 55 AMG and the twin-turbo 6.0-litre SL 65 AMG. Second-generation Active Body Control and the more direct steering improve handling without compromising the comfort aspects of the SL. The redesigned front, new rear light units and new light-alloy wheels of the revised SL are hardly noticeable compared to the previous version. New interior appointments include new materials and colour schemes.
