2018 Volkswagen Arteon

The all-new 2018 Volkwagen Arteon replaces the ageing Passat CC. Built on a new platform and featuring an entirely new fastback design, the Arteon is dimensionally a tad larger than its predecessor, and a whole lot more charismatic. Featuring an improved turbocharged 2.0-litre engine, the Arteon boasts power and performance figures similar to the V6 unit in the CC it replaces. Notable features include 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster display, 9.2-inch capacitive touchscreen infotainment system with gesture control, heads-up display, ventilated power seats with massage function and memory preset, adaptive dampers, leather interior, LED headlamps and tail lamps, and DRL. Safety tech includes multitude of airbags, blind spot monitor, traction and stability control systems, parking assist, pre-crash safety system, and the innovative Emergency Assist system which automatically pulls over the car to the side if it cannot detect any response from the driver for a certain period of time.
