Lotus Evora 2013 Overview

The Lotus Evora is the British manufacturer's first offering of combining superb race track handling with everyday practicality. It comes with a Toyota sourced 3.5-litre V6 engine, mated to either a 6-speed automatic or a 6-speed manual transmission. The mid-engined Evora has a 2+2 configuration, although the back seats can be used for storage purposes than anything else. Standard options include central door locking, flat bottomed magnesium steering wheel trimmed in leather, leather gear knob, leather handbrake sleeve, bespoke aluminium illuminated control knobs and switches, power windows, remote release glove box, door storage bins and integrated cup holders, Alpine CD/MP3/WMA receiver, and Lotus command centre with auxiliary trip computer and vehicle monitoring displays. It comes with standard 18-inch alloy wheels and optional 19-inch alloys with wider tires. Additional packages can be added. The Tech Pack offers Alpine multi-media in car entertainment system with 7" WVGA touch screen, bluetooth connectivity, satellite navigation, tyre pressure monitoring, cruise control, rear parking sensors. The Sport Pack offers switchable sports mode with sharper throttle response, increased rpm limit and sports traction control setting, sports diffuser, titanium sports exhaust tailpipe, cross drilled brake discs, engine oil cooler and black painted brake callipers. The Premium Pack offers accent lighting, upgraded interior trim, centre arm-rest and further extensive use of premium grade leathers. Further options include electric power-fold door mirrors, xenon headlights, Alpine Imprint dynamic audio EQ system , reversing camera and body colour door handles.
