2027 Luxeed R7

The Luxeed R7 is a five-seat coupe-style SUV developed by Luxeed, the automotive brand created through the partnership between Chery and Huawei. It combines Chery’s vehicle manufacturing and platform expertise with Huawei-supplied electric powertrains, software, infotainment and driver-assistance technology. The R7 measures 4,982 mm long, 1,981 mm wide and up to 1,650 mm tall, with a 2,950 mm wheelbase. Its fastback roofline gives it a sportier appearance than a conventional family SUV, while the long wheelbase provides a spacious cabin.

Engine and Performance

The Luxeed R7 is available in fully electric and range-extended electric vehicle versions.

The rear-wheel-drive electric model uses a 215 kW motor, equivalent to approximately 288 hp. It accelerates from 0-100 kph in 5.9 seconds. The all-wheel-drive Ultra adds a 150 kW front motor, producing a combined output of 489 hp, and completing the 0-100 kph run in 3.9 seconds.
