Volkswagen Multivan 2004 Overview

The VW Multivan is the range-topping minivan based on the T5 Transporter work-van platform. The outdated front-wheel-drive van is powered by an equally-outdated 3.2-litre V6 mated to a 6-speed automatic. Available with 6 or 7 seats, it has a unique rail feature in which seats can slide forward and backward into any configuration. Offered in base Comfortline and upgraded Highline trim, the Multivan can be had with features such as power windows, electric mirrors, cruise control, and a CD stereo. It can be optionally outfitted with cloth or leather seats, HID headlights, wood cabin trim, rear DVD entertainment system, sunroof, alloy wheels and automatic doors. A wide range of accessories are available, like tables and refrigerators which fit onto the rails, all movable. The Multivan has safety features as standard such as front and side-curtain airbags, ABS and stability control.
