Porsche Panamera 2022 Overview
The second generation Porsche Panamera came out as a 2017 model year. In 2021, some of the models got a slight facelift and more power. The trims available in the GCC include the base Panamera, along with the, Panamera 4, Panamera 4 E-Hybrid, Panamera 4S E-Hybrid, Panamera GTS, Panamera Turbo S, and Turbo S E-Hybrid. The base model and the Panamera 4 gets a turbocharged 3.0-litre V6, while the Panamera Turbo S and Panamera GTS gets a turbocharged 4.0-litre V8. The Panamera 4/4S E-Hybrid gets a 2.9-litre turbo with an electric motor combined with it, whereas the Turbo S E-Hybrid gets a V8 4.0-litre turbo unit combined with an electric motor. Some updates on the new generation include an improved adaptive air suspension system and optional rear-axle steering. Inside, the interior gets a new instrument cluster with two 7-inch displays. The centre console gets a 12.3-inch touch screen, while the rear passenger get their own set of infotainment and climate controls. Safety features include the usual cocoon of airbags, electronic stability control and ABS.

| Known Problems | In the US, there were recalls for no visual warning of brake pad wear, intermittent loss of power steering, and rear axle anti-roll bar which may detach. Random reports of air suspension problems, engine coolant leaks, gear shifting issues with 8-speed transmission, and random electrical warnings. |
