Overview
The 2015 Honda CR-V got a minor facelift and a new powertrain, and remained the same for the 2016 model year. Built in the United States, it comes in LX, EX and EX-Leather flavours. It is now powered by a direct-injected 2.4-litre 4-cylinder engine mated to a CVT transmission. The base model is now offered in front-wheel-drive form. The CR-V's optional all-wheel-drive system still drives the front wheels most of the time but can send torque to the rear wheels anytime. The 5-seater cabin comes with a quick 60:40 fold-flat rear bench. The LX gets 17-inch alloys, a 4-speaker CD stereo with USB/AUX port, Bluetooth, rear parking sensors, basic keyless entry, starter button, mirror-mounted indicators, cruise control, ABS, stability control and front-side airbags. Only the EX and EX-L models get 18-inch wheels, a 6-speaker stereo with touchscreen, HID headlights, fog lamps, dual-zone auto a/c, smart keyless entry, sunroof, rear camera, "LaneWatch" blind-spot camera and an 'i-MID' LCD...
