A new-generation Honda CR-V made its debut in 2017. Under the hood, the same engine remains, which is a 2.4-litre 4-cylinder direct-injection engine mated to a CVT that can simulate a 7-speed in 'sport' mode. The DX and LX trims come in 2WD form, while the EX and Touring trims come in AWD form.
