Overview
Equipped with a turbocharged 1.8-litre 4-cylinder engine, the Renault Megane RS is the brand's top performance model sold in the region. Channeling that power is a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission. It comes with launch control. As for now, the manual transmission version is not available. The suspension sits 5 mm lower than the GT and sits on a stiffer suspension set up. The handling is further improved with the four-wheel steering. The exhaust system also puts out a decent soundtrack which adds to the fun factor. The exterior gets additional 60 mm wings, front splitter, functional rear diffuser, and full LED headlamps.
For the interior, optional features include seats upholstered in Alcantara, along with Alcantara steering wheel, exclusive black headliner and red stitching. The centre console feature Renault’s R-Link multimedia system with the big screen. Optionally it gets Bose surround sound system with a sub-woofer. Rear camera, front and rear sensors are standard.
