Overview
The Fiat 500e is the fully electric version of Fiat’s compact city car, offering retro-inspired styling with an electric powertrain. In the UAE, the Fiat 500e is sold in the La Prima version, which is positioned as the higher-spec variant with added comfort, technology and safety features.
Performance and Range
The Fiat 500e La Prima is powered by an electric motor producing 118 hp and 220 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels through a single-speed automatic transmission. The 500e is designed mainly for city use, with quick low-speed response and easy manoeuvrability in traffic. It can accelerate from 0-100 kph in around 9 seconds, while top speed is about 150 kph.
The 500e La Prima uses a 42 kWh battery pack, offering a WLTP driving range of up to around 320 km. Real-world range will depend on driving style, traffic, speed and air-conditioning use, especially during UAE summer conditions.
