The Jaguar F-Type Coupe hit showrooms in mid-2014, joining the range almost a year after the Roadster's launch. In 2020, it got a facelift, along with power and interior upgrades. It comes with a supercharged 3.0-litre engine V6 as well as with a supercharged 5.0-litre V8. A new detuned version of the V8 was introduced in 2020 but currenly not available in the GCC. In 2018, a 2.0-litre turbo joined the lineup as well. The F-Type comes standard in rear-wheel drive from, but from 2016, the R versions were available in optional all-wheel-drive, then later on as only all-wheel drive. Components include adaptive dampers and adjustable suspension settings, several aluminium body bits, rear-wheel-drive and a unique 8-speed automatic with paddle-shifters. Standard options include engine start/stop function, bi-xenon headlamps, power windows, LED daytime running lights, 8 or 10-speaker entertainment system, USB port, Bluetooth phone and streaming, several airbags, power tailgate and a retractable rear wing spoiler. Further available features include optional sports seats, dual-zone a/c, customisable colours for cabin trim, power-adjustable seats and steering, cruise control and more. The F-Type R Coupe additionally gets a new electronic active differential and a torque vectoring system, as well as larger brakes with optional carbon-ceramic discs.
