The third-generation Kia Cerato hatchback boasts sleeker styling that is 30 mm longer, 15 mm lower and 5 mm wider than the outgoing car, with a 50 mm extended wheelbase. It also featured an all-new bodyshell, upgraded equipment, a host of additional convenience and safety features, a more spacious cabin with better quality, improved suspension and an upgraded powertrain line-up that delivers class-leading performance and fuel economy. In 2017, the Cerato got a facelift. No changes were made in 2018. Two 4-cylinder engines are offered here -- a 1.6-litre and 2.0-litre, both mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission.
