Mini Paceman crossover approved for production

The Mini Paceman concept, essentially a Countryman crossover with two fewer doors, was displayed at the 2011 Detroit Auto Show as Mini’s answer to the three-door Range Rover Evoque. And it has already been approved for production.

The Mini Paceman will feature a 211 hp 1.6-litre 4-cylinder and all-wheel-drive. Mini calls it a “Sport Activity Coupe”, or rather, an SAC.

Keep track of the burgeoning line-up in the Mini buyer guide.
