Tough new 2016 Toyota Tacoma for America
The 2016 Toyota Tacoma has just be revealed, ahead of its debut at next week’s Detroit Auto Show. It is America’s equivalent to our Toyota Hilux, only there they make an effort to make it cool.
No specs or interior photos have been released yet, but it is expected to come with 4-cylinder and V6 engine options, probably like the ones in the Toyota Fortuner, with choices for manual or automatic as well as two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive.
Sadly, just like the Toyota Tundra, we don’t expect it to come to the Middle East, given that midsize pickups only generate interest from the commercial sector here. How many Isuzu D-Max GT pickups have you seen so far?
