Faraday Future EV concept

Faraday Future displayed the FFZERO1 at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show where it has garnered a lot of attention with its outrageous styling.

The FFZERO1 is more like a window to the company’s future, hoping to go against Tesla in the EV market soon. This model will most likely never be made. The FFZERO1 was rather designed to display the Variable Platform Architecture on which the first actual production model will be built on, which could be an SUV based on one of the teaser videos they released.

Under the hood, the FFZERO1 packs four electric motors which churns out more than 1000 hp. FF claims it can reach from 0-100 kph in around 3 seconds and hit a top speed of 322 kph.

Currently Faraday has no factory, but the company is plans to build a 900-acre production plant in Nevada where they will invest US $1 billion. The first production model will most likely come out in 2018. Several prototypes are already being tested on U.S. roads.

  1. Wonderful prototype.
First, if this car isn’t most likely to be produced, the prototype of which production car are they testing on the road?

Secondly, That logo is super familiar… Al Futtaim, anyone?

  2. Let there be competition! Musk is even willing to share his technology with competitors and in fact he has already done that. There will be an EV revolution sooner or later!

  3. Can Al Futtaim sue FF for copying its logo?

  4. Sure they can it will be interesting, i dont know if they take notice of that..
