Nissan Magnite launches in the Middle East as first LHD market
Following its debut in India in October 2024, Nissan has announced the launch of the all-new Nissan Magnite in the Middle East, making it the first region globally to receive the left-hand-drive model. The compact SUV was officially introduced at an event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and also recently made its debut in the UAE.
Design and Interior
The Magnite is a sub-compact SUV segment with a big front grille, little more ground clearance than a car, and gets diamond-cut alloy wheels as standard. There is also available two-tone colour options.

Inside, the Magnite offers a few leather touches and some decent tech features. It comes equipped with a 7-inch fully digital instrument cluster, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a remote engine start, an air ionizer, and a cooled glovebox for added convenience.
Performance
A 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbocharged engine producing 99 hp and 152 Nm of torque powers the Magnite. The SUV is designed to offer an efficient yet dynamic drive, making it well-suited for city commutes and urban adventures.
Nissan Magnite Safety
On the safety front, the Magnite is equipped with key features such as an Around-View Monitor, ABS with Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC), auto headlamps, three-point seatbelts for all passengers, and side curtain airbags, ensuring a secure driving experience.

Priced from SAR 66,699 in Saudi Arabia and AED 59,900 in the UAE, the Nissan Magnite offers substantial value in the sub-compact SUV segment. It combines premium features with an accessible price point.

Made in India, Built for Global Markets
Manufactured at Nissan’s Chennai plant in India, the Magnite has already proven popular in international markets, with over 150,000 units sold since its initial launch in December 2020. Initially exported to 20 countries, the Magnite is now expanding to 65 markets, starting with the Middle East in April 2025.
