Luxgen prepares to launch in the Middle East

The Auto Feria Popular 2010 (Auto Fair Popular 2010) was held from December 2 to 5 hosted by Banco Popular Dominicano at Torre De Popular in Dominican Republic. The auto fair had witnessed participation from the key automobile brands including BMW, M-Benz, Audi, Ferrari, Jaguar, and Toyota. Auto Feria Popular 2010 is the most important annual event for car dealers, car parts dealers and financing, aiming at boosting the domestic economy and automobile sales.

LUXGEN, the independent automobile brand from Taiwan which newly established its brand in Dominican Republic in November, through the support of its distributor partner MOTOPLEX, also participated in the Auto Feria Popular 2010 for the first time. Being the flagship brand of Auto Feria Popular 2010, LUXGEN presented the luxury intelligent technology vehicles to revolutionize the Dominican market. As the first Taiwanese automobile brand to dedicate into the development of intelligent technology models, LUXGEN revealed its ambitions and automobile technology capabilities on the international scale.

Since the official launch in November, LUXGEN is well received from the Dominican public with its LUXGEN7 MPV and SUV. LUXGEN7 SUV is even earning high praise as the most outstanding new model in the automobile market of Dominican Republic this year. With participating in the Auto Feria Popular 2010, LUXGEN was able to communicate and connect to the customers interactively. During the event, the visitors could experience the interactive showroom of LUXGEN as well as the stunning models equipped with innovative cutting-edge technologies. Moreover, the interactive design installed was a new concept of car presentation designed by LUXGEN in consistent with the interactive showroom design of LUXGEN Life+, which never been seen before in the country. Customers could experience the virtual hi-tech applications and enjoy the comfort, safety and intelligent driving experiences provided by LUXGEN.

Currently LUXGEN is working progressively on its international expansion, and Dominican Republic is the first episode of its global expansion. Next, LUXGEN will be entering the Vietnam market in December and the Middle East market next Q1. In addition to working on the global expansion, LUXGEN is also working on participating in the main international exhibitions and events to serve the ultimate goal of presenting the technical development and achievements of LUXGEN as a global automobile brand from Taiwan. LUXGEN is appointed as the official green shuttle for 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition after entering the National Day parade with Taiwan’s first full electric parade float and following its participation in the 5th Alternative Energy & Transportation Expo in the US, Vietnam Auto & Petrol 2010, and the Low Carbon Emission Expo in Taiwan.
