UAE Nissan dealer Arabian Automobiles opens 24-hour service centre


Arabian Automobiles, part of the AW Rostamani group and the exclusive dealer of Nissan, Infiniti and Renault in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, has launched a massively-expanded vehicle servicing centre at its existing Ras Al Khor facility which will be open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

The expansion plan is a measured response to the company’s projected increase in the number of new and used vehicles it will sell in the medium term up to 2015 as well as the increased fleet servicing business it will complete for the RTA, Dubai and Sharjah taxis as well as the growing volume of corporate leasing vehicle fleets managed by AW Rostamani Group’s own ‘Shift Leasing’ division.

The expanded service centre marks the first time a UAE distributor will launch a 24/7 servicing facility and the expansion has necessitated an increase to a total of 60 service bays with vehicle lifts, as well as 123 body shop repair bays. This has entailed the recruitment of 50 further service technicians. At full capacity the facility will be able to process 300 car services per day. The physical site infrastructure now covers some 350,000 square feet and is believed to be the largest single site vehicle service and body repair facility currently operating for Nissan vehicles in the Middle East.

Typical vehicle service times are 3 hours for a 5000 km service and 4 hours for 10,000 km and above. In April 2009, Arabian Automobiles expanded its after-sales service offering by also introducing an express service for the engine oil and air filter change plus a safety check up that takes just 20 minutes.

To incentivise the launch of the expanded Ras Al Khor service centre, the company is offering free ENOC engine oil to customers booking a service during the month of May.

Arabian Automobiles Ras Al Khor service centre is located on the Hatta-Oman road in the Ras Al Khor Industrial area.

  2. I own a FX50S and honestly saying the service provided by Infiniti is poor. I had the rear right door replaced by them on SZR and due to improper installation, there was wind noise coming from that door whenever I would drive over 120kp/h.

    They kept telling me that the noise was normal, until I called 800-Infiniti and booked a complaint. then they took me seriously and fixed it, while giving me a courtesy car for the period.

    I love my car, but the after-sale service is poor!

  4. I’ve Nissan 2001 pathfinder,& I’m getting A/T OIL TEMP indication intermittent also on idle rpm.engine is stops automatically,& if vehicle is running it gives jerks.

    It costs AED 600 plus for 10000 kms where i pay only AED 150 if i am doing the same out. What is the difference?
