McLaren P1 to be revealed at Paris Motor Show

McLaren Automotive will be revealing their latest creation at the 2012 Paris Motor Show – the McLaren P1.

Only a design study of the McLaren P1 will preview in Paris. Only next year a production version will be revealed. After that the company hopes to start sales by early 2014.

The P1 will definitely be above 600 hp, as the British supercar manufacturer has said it will be faster than the McLaren MP4-12C, which is currently producing 592 hp. Price also will be expectedly higher than the MP4-12C.

With McLaren having a strong presence in the UAE and the Middle East, be sure the new P1 will hit this region in 2014.

Keep track of updates and price in our McLaren buyer guide.

  1. Looks a bit weird from the front but who cares when you’re buying an engineering master piece like this one?

  2. Looking at the rear made me wonder where the indicator lights are, then again you’d be going so fast you wouldn’t need them.

  3. Lights are just there look closely each side there are two lights at bottom, led one on top, one white in center below exhaust. That’s the beauty of this design
