AAC Nissan Service Centre offers a seamless customer experience

Arabian Automobiles Company (AAC) is offering a host of facilities at its Nissan service centres to enhance customer experience, and we visited their Deira facility to see first-hand.

DriveArabia has been frequent visitors over the years to the facility. We initially serviced our Renault Safrane there in 2011 before shifting to their Sheikh Zayed Road location. In 2016, we started bringing our Nissan Patrol to the Deira service centre.

Our most recent visit was in late 2021, when we used the new pick-and-drop service they had just introduced. This service has become popular among customers, as it is free for those booking periodic maintenance. It is available to all Nissan owners, even if their vehicles are out of warranty.

Customers can also book a 60-minute quick service at Nissan service centres, provided the customer brings the vehicle at the booked time, no additional work is required, and no unexpected repairs are discovered during the inspection.

During this time, customers can relax in the lounge upstairs, enjoy a coffee, play foosball, or take advantage of high tables and workstations to connect their laptops and get some work done while their car is serviced and receives a complimentary wash.

For those who prefer to drop off their cars, a free shuttle service is available to the nearest mall, metro station, or bus stop.
Another convenient offering is a complimentary rental car for customers with repair bills exceeding AED 1,500. The higher the bill, the longer the rental period.

Arabian Automobiles has also introduced a doorstep service called “M-Pitstop” for Nissan customers. This service allows for periodic maintenance at the customer’s location, though it is limited to private parking areas and cannot be conducted in public parking spaces.

They have partnered with payment platforms Tabby, FAB, Emirates Islamic and Emirates NBD to offer customers a 0% instalment plan.

Arabian Automobiles also provides flexible service contracts. In addition to annual contracts, they offer options where customers can choose a fixed number of services. For example, if a customer needs a contract for their 70,000 km and 80,000 km services for a Nissan Patrol, Arabian Automobiles can accommodate that. Prices vary depending on whether the services are minor or major.

Comprehensive maintenance contracts are also available. Customers who regularly service their vehicles at official Nissan service centres can opt to extend their vehicle warranties for up to 7 years.

Additionally, Arabian Automobiles offers Wakala Plus insurance, which allows customers who service their vehicles regularly and on time at Nissan service centres to enjoy agency repairs for up to five years.

Customers can also complete their yearly car inspection and registration at the service centre. If their car fails the inspection, they have the convenience of getting it repaired on-site instead of going elsewhere.

Moreover, Arabian Automobiles frequently runs attractive seasonal campaigns. Their technicians are specially trained to work on Nissan vehicles, providing customers with added peace of mind.
