A class-action lawsuit against the Volkswagen Group of America was brought on by owners of 2002-2006 Audi A4 and A6 models over alleged defects with the CVT automatic. That lawsuit, involving 64,000 cars in the United States, has now been settled by Audi.

In today’s bit of non-news, Audi has launched the latest version of their infinitely-boring Audi A3 Sportback. As expected, it looks like the old model with some new headlights photoshopped in.
For a little recap, the Audi TT in its current guise has been around in the GCC since 2007. The first generation was produced from 1999 to 2006, which impressed with its controversial shape, which while certainly different, was not to everyone’s taste. Still, several thousands were sold all over the world for the way it looked, if not for its notorious handling.
