Infiniti and Hyundai top in UAE customer service, according to J.D. Power survey

J.D. Power is well-known in the United States, offering up annual results for customer satisfaction and reliability surveys, although some say they should be taken with a pinch of salt. J.D. Power is now doing surveys in the UAE, and they’ve just released their 2018 UAE Customer Service Index (CSI) Study. And they have ranked non-luxury and luxury brands in terms of customer service.

J.D.Power 2010 U.S. initial quality study


The controversial J.D. Power and Associates 2010 U.S. Initial Quality Study is out. The study on American-market cars has been conducted annually for the past 24 years, and while not wholly accurate, it is an interesting look at the number of defects that show up in brand new cars. Lexus, Honda, Infiniti and Hyundai are expectedly on top of the listings, while Chevrolet and Nissan have seemingly placed above Toyota. Volkswagen and Land Rover take their usual spot at the bottom of the tally.
