شهدت الدوحة هذا الأسبوع احتفالاً باهراً لشركة الفردان وMINI Countryman، الطراز الرابع الذي ينضمّ إلى عائلة MINI، وذلك بعد البداية الناجحة التي حققتها السيارة الجديدة في الحفل الافتتاحي لمعرض قطر للسيارات في شهر يناير. وكشفت MINI بالتعاون مع شركة الفردان للسيارات الوكيل الحصري في قطر، عن طرازها الجديد بنظام كروس أوفر والذي يأتي لسدّ الثغرة بين MINI الكلاسيكية وسيارات النشاط الرياضي العصرية.

وسوف تشكّل MINI Countrymanالجديدة التي تمتاز بطولها وحجمها المعزّزين، السيارة الأولى من MINI المزوّدة بأربعة أبواب وأربعة مقاعد فردية (يمكن طلب مقعد لثلاثة أشخاص بدون كلفة إضافية)، وخاصية القيادة بالدفع الرباعي المستمرّ الاختيارية، وسكّة MINI المركزية، وهي سكّة متعدّدة الاستعمالات تمتدّ من لوحة المفاتيح إلى المقاعد الخلفية.

أعلنت شركة الفردان للسيارات، الوكيل الحصري والموزّع المعتمد لMINI في قطر، عن زيادة في مبيعات MINI خلال النصف الأوّل من 2010 بلغت 200% مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من السنة الماضية. ومن خلال تحقيق ثاني أعلى معدّل نموّ في المنطقة، يضع هذا الإنجاز الاستثنائي قطر بين أفضل الأسواق أداءً بالنسبة لMINI في الشرق الأوسط.

ابتداءً من يناير وحتى يونيو 2010، ارتفعت مبيعات شركة الفردان للسيارات ثلاثة أضعاف مقارنة بالفترة الممتدّة بين يناير ويونيو من عام 2009، ممّا يبرهن بشكل واضح توجّه المستهلك المتزايد نحن شراء MINI في قطر. وقد استأثرت علامة MINI التجارية بحصّة سوقية بلغت 39.6% ما بين شهري يناير و يونيو 2010 مقابل شركات السيارات المنافسة.
