Hennessey Performance from Texas has revealed the renderings of a new bonkers machine, the VelociRaptor 6X6. The VelociRaptor 6X6 is a 600 hp, twin-turbo, six-wheel drive super truck based on the Ford F-150 Raptor.
With 2017 comes the mid-cycle refresh of the current and 7th generation Volkswagen Golf, bringing more power to the GTI, a racier new GTI Performance model and a 1.5-litre TSI engine for staple models with cylinder deactivation and a 7-speed DSG for the rest of the range.

The Mopar brand debuted six modified vehicle creations at the 2016 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Some of these cars were created to highlight the possibilities with Mopar accessories and aftermarket parts, while others were created to get feedback on future accessory offerings. The all-new generation of the Mini Countryman has made its first web appearance before its world premiere at the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show, this November. The new 2017 Countryman is a bigger, more versatile and even has a plug-in hybrid model in the range – the first for the brand.
Volvo has unveiled a top-of-the-line luxury model dubbed the S90 Excellence in Shanghai, in advance of its first public appearance at the Guangzhou Motor Show 2016 in China. The S90 Excellence will be built in Volvo Cars’ facility in Daqing, China and exported globally.
It’s amazing that the previous-generation Renault Koleos ran for almost a decade with only minor changes. In the fast-paced crossover segment, that’s an eternity. However, it looks like the new model was worth the wait, as the Koleos seems to be reaching for the stars in the entry-level luxury segment now.

Volkswagen’s crossover range always had some room at the top for a large seven seater SUV. Now the German manufacturer has made a step to fill that void with the VW Atlas. The American-made large SUV comes with seven seats and two punchy engines. The Atlas will also be the second VW product to be produced at the company’s Chattanooga, Tennessee plant, after the Passat.
The current generation of the Jeep Grand Cherokee has been around for half a decade now, with a second facelift debuting for the 2017 model year. Changes are minimal, and there is no reason to change it anyway, considering what a fine product it continues to be even now. However, a new Trailhawk model has been added to the line-up, and we got the chance to try it out in and around the city of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Toyota’s motorsports division TRD has showcased one monster of a Land Cruiser at the Special Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show in Las Vegas which theoretically hopes to knock the Bentley Bentayga off its roost as the fastest SUV in the world.
