OMODA & JAECOO surpasses 1 million global sales
OMODA & JAECOO has announced a major global milestone at the Beijing Auto Show 2026, confirming that cumulative sales have exceeded 1 million units within just three years of its global debut. The achievement positions the Chery-backed brand among the fastest-growing automotive players worldwide.
Rapid global growth and UAE expansion
Since its launch in 2023, OMODA & JAECOO has expanded into 69 international markets, supported by more than 1,300 dealerships globally. The brand has set an ambitious target of reaching 1 million annual sales by 2027, signalling its intent to establish itself as a major global contender.
In the UAE, the brand has quickly built a presence with six showrooms across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah, with further expansion planned. The growing retail footprint reflects increasing demand for its design-led and technology-focused SUV lineup in the region.
OMODA 04 and OMODA 07 showcased
At the Beijing Auto Show, the brand showcased the new OMODA 04 and OMODA 07, highlighting its evolving product strategy.
The OMODA 07 is positioned as a design-focused flagship, featuring bold styling influenced by global fashion trends and powered by the brand’s Super Hybrid System (SHS), aimed at balancing performance with fuel efficiency.
Meanwhile, the OMODA 04 targets younger urban buyers with a futuristic “cyber-mecha” design. It introduces an AI-driven cabin with advanced voice interaction, navigation and infotainment features designed to deliver a more connected driving experience. A higher-performance OMODA 04 ULTRA variant was also revealed, adding a stronger focus on driving dynamics.

OMODA & JAECOO attributes its rapid growth to a user-centric development strategy, involving global consumer research, digital engagement and customer co-creation initiatives. This approach allows the brand to tailor its products to evolving market demands, particularly in fast-growing regions such as the Middle East.
