At the Chinese Auto Show in Beijing next week, Hyundai is going to unveil the 2009 Elantra.

Essentially a redesign of the front and rear ends, the car retains its current bulbous shape, which probably led to it becoming a major flop in the GCC.

The interior is largely unchanged, although it is somewhat pleasant. We expect the engine to be the same too. You should expect this car to hit GCC showrooms by summer.
