Kahn RS300 is the fastest Range Rover Sport

The Land Rover Range Rover is a name that only few would not know of. The Range Rover has always been known for its driving pleasure, off road abilities, luxury and power. Adding to it’s on-road abilities by sacrificing some off-road prowess, came the Range Rover Sport which we had tested sometime ago. And now Project Kahn, one of the leading design houses in United Kingdom with a heritage in evolving super-sport versions of cutting edge luxury vehicles into visual splendors, has revealed their latest masterpiece based on the Range Rover Sport, the Cosworth-powered Kahn RS300. What more, the RS300 has made history by being the fastest Range Rovers the world has ever witnessed.

The powerplant specification has been vaguely described as 5.8-litre engine, tuned by Cosworth, a British brand famous for creating some of the world’s unforgettable automobile performance machines such as the Ford Escort RS Cosworth. Aside the Cosworth tuned tech specs every detail of this car harks back to the pioneering spirit of the British motoring industry, and the Kahn RS 300 is wholly unmistakable with every external modification alluring greater performance from the car. This gives noticeably more precise control of the wheels and the car as a whole. The improved interaction between the tyres and coupled with intelligent all-wheel drive system, the Kahn RS-300 Cosworth promises a great driving experience for the enthusiasts.

The RS-300 comes fitted with 20-inch RS wheels and tyres, 10-piece body kit, 2-piece front bumper spoilers, a satin front mesh grille, front bumper A-frame, colour coded side sills, rear apron and Cosworth stainless steel door entry sills. The Project Kahn side vents, available in 5 billet aluminium designs, complement the exterior. The interior gets similar high profile treatment too – such as the perforated and quilted RS front and rear seats with Cosworth logos, quilted centre glove box and instrument binnacle, RS gear shifter with contrasting stitching, Cosworth blue dials and time clock, Cosworth numbered conversion plaque – hand-crafted Cosworth enamel boot badge and Cosworth front and rear lettering.

Kahn Design does not disappoint the existing Range Rover owners either as those interested have the option to convert their vehicles to a ‘Kahn Cosworth’ variant, promising very competitive prices on their bespoke parts and wheels. Those blessed with enough funds may buy one of these limited edition iconic machines for the sole reason of vast exclusivity and pride in owning the world’s fastest of Range Rovers.

Kahn Design is now exclusively represented in the UAE by Signature Techniques with a showroom in Dubai.

  5. Dear Drive Arabia and its followers,

Firstly, I would like to thank Drive Arabia for all the articles and interest in our brand and its offers. Also, I would like to thank the readers for their comments.

Secondly, I would like to point out some facts that are incorrect in this article in order to help the readers understand what we do.

The Kahn RS300 Range Rover Sport is the diesel version available for the UK and European market. For the Middle East, Asia, and North America we have the RS600 version which is based on the 5.0L Supercharged engine.

The Kahn RS600 Range Rover Sport produces, in collaboration with Cosworth, 600bhp from the 5.0L Supercharged engine and sprints to 0-60mph in just under 4 seconds (recently tested). Therefore this conversion does give the RS600 the title of the “fastest Range Rover Sport”.

The diesel version (3.6L) is the fastest in its engine catagory, but for our regional market the RS600 is unmatched in both performance, sophistication, and style – exterior & interior.

As an additional note, the wheels on the RS300 and the RS600 are in actuality the RS 22″ wheels, and not 20″ as mentioned in the article.

I hope this information helps; we are always available for opinions, suggestions, and product information, and we can be contacted on +971 4 338 8001, [email protected], and facebook.com/KahnDesignUAE
