Video of the week: Canadian F1 GP marshal falls on track

The 2011 Canadian F1 Grand Prix was held a few days ago. While Formula One does not interest us, certain on-track antics make for fun viewing. In what looks like amateur hour, one of the race marshals stepped out onto the track to help clear the debris from a previous incident, all while cars are still racing. And then he slipped and fell. Twice.

  1. NICE FALL MAN , IF THAT WAS ON EMIRATES ROAD IT YOU COULD HAVE REACHED ABUDHABI IN A BLINK OF AN EYE

  2. Now that’s how we hit the streets….. 😛

  3. Man I remember I went for the marshals training for the Eithad F1 Championship last year.. They told us how many accidents, dangers and stupid things marshals get into…

  4. I completed Marshall training and was participated in Australian v8 in yas marina and trust me it was ear shattering

  5. Reminded me of another video i saw of a marshal being hit around 20 years back. Nothing like this case, it was a horrible thing, the guy got hit into a few pieces and the driver died as well when the extinguisher carried by the marshall hit him in the head.
