2015 Chrysler 300 & 300C officially revealed
Chrysler have taken off the covers for the 2015 300 and 300C at the 2014 LA Auto Show. It gets a lot of subtle visual updates and the interior has been improved as well.
For the exterior, the first difference we notice is the redesigned bigger front grille. The front bumper also gets slight tweeks, while the headlights have been updated as well.
The interior now gets higher quality materials, which includes a standard 7-inch display on the gauge cluster and the UConnect infotainment system which can be controlled using the 8.4-inch touchscreen on the centre console.
Other changes include new cast aluminum axles, an updated electric power steering system and improved adaptive cruise control. Safety systems include forward collision warning and lane departure warning.
Under the hood, it remains the same with the 3.6-litre V6 getting 292 hp for the standard model, and 300 hp for the 300S. The 300C gets the 5.7-litre V8 Hemi motor which produces about 363 hp 533 Nm of torque. All models get an 8-speed automatic transmission.
The 2015 Chrysler 300 & 300C should arrive in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other GCC countries by the end of the year or early next year.
