Saleen unveils 730 hp S302 Black Label in LA

American car tuning and manufacturing company Saleen has officially unveiled their new offspring to the S302 Series; the S302 Black Label.

According to Saleen, the S302 Black Label is the “most powerful production Mustang to date”, and we’d actually like to believe those blokes. Churning out a blistering 730 hp and 812 Nm of torque is the 5.0-litre V8. The figures have been achieved thanks to the additional 2.8-litre twin-screw supercharger, high-flow fuel injectors and a remapped and optimized ECU.

The car also gets a new aerodynamic body kit with a new front fascia, front splitter and a ram air hood. Furthermore, there’s a new and revised front grille, rear diffuser and more aerodynamic side skirts. The Saleen will ride on 20-inch alloys which will be held together on both track and street thanks to the race suspension and high-performance braking system.

The Saleen also manages to look good on the inside, with the leather and Alcantara sport seats, illuminated door sill plates and the new instrument cluster. There’s also an individual and exclusive-numbered plaque on the dashboard.

We’re hoping to see a few of these trickle into the UAE, Saudi Arabia and rest of the GCC sometime soon.
