An image of the 2016 Lexus LX 570 has been leaked early, hot on the heels of the leaked pictures of the updated 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser.

Japanese publication Best Car as well as Australian website Motoring has published an image of the facelifted Lexus LX 570, which is set to release officially sometime this summer. From the image, we can make out a more aggressive version of their front spindle grille, as well as new front fenders and daytime running headlamps in the bumper. It also gets new design alloy rims.

The 2016 LX 570 should also have an updated instrument cluster and centre console like the next Toyota Land Cruiser. Lexus’s new safety system should also be part of the new updates.

Under the hood, the same 5.7-litre V8 engine should be offered. Currently, in this region, the motor produces about 362 hp and 530 Nm of torque, enough power to take it from 0-100 kph in 7.8 seconds.

The 2016 Lexus LX 570 should make its way to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other GCC countries sometime after the summer.

Keep track of the latest prices and updates in the Lexus LX buyer guide.

Comments

  1. Not Bad, I just hope they change the transmission to 7 or 8-speed

  2. No where close to the LE Platinum.
    Never will be.

  3. Too aggressive, not matching the big size SUV.

  4. What an ugly front grill! Did they make this in some cheap garage in ajman sanaiya? Reminds me of that rolls royce landcruiser.

  5. How much

  6. Ugly

Lexus is going in the wrong direction with their design

It will be flop like face lift of LS460

Wonder if they will add any features as well?
Lexus us really behind in features. Patrol LE has technology pack – blind spot, lane tracking, etc. since 2010 and their price going up for no reason

Better to buy 2012-2015 with good discount – the last remaining good Lexus design
