Aston Martin adds Speedster and Shooting Brake to Zagato lineup

The gorgeous Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato lineup, which contains the Coupe and Volante, now also gets the Speedster and Shooting Brake.

The Speedster is an even more stylish version of the Volante. It sports a sculpted carbon fibre nacelle behind each seat. These give the overall design an air of the Zagato-special double-bubble roof design. The production of the Speedster will be limited to just 28 units and all of them are apparently sold. The deliveries will begin in early-2018.

Aston Martin says that the extended roof of the Shooting Brake features the double bubble roof that lets light into the cockpit through its glass inlays. The tailgate is a powered unit which gives the driver access to the specially made luggage set in the back. The interior of the Zagato Shooting Brake features an anodised bronze finish on the controls. Exactly 99 of these will be made and production will start in 2018.

The Aston Martin Vanquish S is used as the base for the entire Zagato family. Under the hood of these machines, a naturally aspirated 6.0-litre V12 engine produces 580 hp. An 8-speed automatic gearbox delivers this power to the wheels.
