So we got a 2016 Audi RS3 Quattro Sportback
How fast does a hot hatch need to be before it can be considered a real sports car? The Audi RS3 is now available in the UAE in limited numbers, and we got to answer that question ourselves.

The Jaguar XF is quite possibly the most physically-attractive midsize luxo-sedan in recent times, without quite delving into the realm of those “four-door coupe” thingies. But it was compromised in its functionality as a, you know, midsize luxo-sedan due to that same attractive styling. Jaguar has now addressed it with their all-new-from-the-ground-up XF.
Absolutely no one takes Chinese cars seriously in the UAE, just like no one used to care about Korean cars a decade ago. But look what the latter has done since then. The Chinese are a taking longer, but we are starting to spot the first signs that they will become world-class players soon. And this Changan CS75 is leading the charge, from what we can see.
The Maxima has always been a bit different from the rest of the Nissan line. Touted as a “Four Door Sports Car,” this latest one is more flamboyant than ever.
Going from a body-on-frame SUV to a crossover has been a big win for the Ford Explorer. Although we were underwhelmed by its performance, it clearly clicked with a lot of people who were fine with its standard V6. However, the Sport comes with the EcoBoost turbo V6, and it transforms this people-mover into a more interesting vehicle.
We’ve never been fans of wagons. Wagon-love is only a thing among bloggers who claim to be car enthusiasts, yet drive about in boring cars that are not wagons. The idea of unassuming powerful wagons is cute as well, but doesn’t work in a flamboyant market such as ours, where looks are everything and power cannot be used anywhere. However, this Volvo V60 Polestar has caught our fancy in a big way.
The previous-generation Mustang, despite all its flaws, was about as perfect as you could make a muscle-car design. So when the new-gen Mustang was unveiled, it caused quite a stir due to its polarising styling — you either loved it or didn’t love it. Nobody hated it though. What the Mustang had become is a more traditionally-stylish coupe, with a billion improvements under the skin.
If there is such a thing as a start-up among luxury car brands, Infiniti would be one of them. Created at around the same time as Lexus a quarter of a century ago, Infiniti never really made an impact on the automotive landscape until about a decade ago. Since then, there have been a few somewhat interesting cars, and many that were mistaken for just warmed-over versions of Nissans. And then there was that whole naming-system change. The new Infiniti Q50 is the only actual new model that isn’t just a ‘Q’ rebadge of an old model. It’s been out for more than a year,
We’ve been hearing good things about the all-new Volvo XC90 from the international media, so we didn’t hesitate to try it out when the call came.
The Ford Expedition may still look largely the same for 2015, but there’s been a massive change under the bonnet, the V8 being replaced by a turbo V6.
