After a highly anticipated global release, the 2010 Chevrolet Cruze compact value sedan has arrived to Oman Trading Establishment (OTE) showrooms, with prices starting from RO 5,300.
The all-new Cruze is set to raise the benchmark for compact sedans, and is hailed by experts as being a major competitor in the segment. The Cruze is already on sale in several markets around the world, and has proven a runaway success.
Heralding the arrival of the Cruze, Nadia Larhouati, Marketing Manager for Chevrolet Cars in the Middle East, said: “The 2010 Chevrolet Cruze is what buyers of compact sedans have been waiting for. The dramatic and dynamic exterior design, expressing Chevrolet’s global design language, is pinned to have serious appeal, especially with younger consumers, with sporty, coupe-like styling and a low and wide stance with a short rear deck.
Available in two trim levels, LS and LT, Cruze’s interior carries a new level of detailed execution, spaciousness and appointments that stand above any other competitor in the segment.
Cruze features a 1.8-litre, DOHC 4-cylinder gasoline engine delivering 140 hp. Transmission choices include a five-speed manual gearbox and an all-new 6-speed automatic transmission, offering a smoother ride and greater fuel efficiency than its peers.
