2026 Cadillac Escalade IQ and Cadillac Escalade IQL launched in the Middle East
Cadillac Middle East has introduced the all-new Escalade IQ and Escalade IQL, marking a major shift for the brand’s flagship SUV as it moves into the electric era. Both models retain the Escalade’s core identity while integrating advanced EV technology, extended range, and a stronger focus on refinement.
Built on General Motors’ dedicated EV platform, the Escalade IQ offers a claimed driving range of up to 724 km, positioning it among the longest-range electric SUVs currently available. The larger Escalade IQL follows closely with a claimed range of up to 708 km, while offering increased interior space and cargo capacity.
Design and Interior
Both models carry forward the Escalade’s new design language, now reinterpreted for an electric future. Signature vertical lighting, sculpted proportions, and available 24-inch wheels ensure a strong road presence.
Inside, the highlight is a massive 55-inch pillar-to-pillar curved display that integrates infotainment, navigation, and driver information into a single panoramic interface. A panoramic glass roof enhances cabin openness, while a front eTrunk adds 345 litres of additional storage.

The Escalade IQL extends practicality further with a longer body and a maximum cargo capacity of up to 3,546 litres. Both models also offer generous second-row space, along with optional executive seating and powered doors.
Performance and Capability
Both the Escalade IQ and IQL produce up to 750 hp and 1,064 Nm of torque in Velocity Max mode, enabling a 0–100 kph time of around 4.8 seconds. Despite their size, features such as Air Ride Adaptive Suspension and Magnetic Ride Control aim to balance comfort and handling.

Four-wheel steering is also included, improving maneuverability at low speeds; particularly useful in urban environments.
Technology and Features
Technology is a key focus, with both SUVs featuring Google Built-In, providing access to Google Maps, Assistant, and apps directly through the infotainment system. A premium 38-speaker AKG audio system is also available.
Driver assistance features include Night Vision, HD Surround Vision, Blind Zone Steering Assist, and Lane Keep Assist, enhancing safety and driver awareness.
Each vehicle also comes with a 3-year OnStar plan and built-in Wi-Fi data, supporting connected services and remote functionality.
Charging and ownership
Both models support up to 350 kW DC fast charging, allowing up to 150 km of range to be added in around 10 minutes. For home charging, they are compatible with 22 kW AC charging, delivering up to 55 km of range per hour.

Cadillac is also including a complimentary 22 kW wall-box charger, along with a portable dual-voltage charging cable.
Availability
The Escalade IQ and Escalade IQL are now available across Cadillac showrooms in the Middle East, representing a significant step in the brand’s electrification strategy while maintaining the presence and luxury that the Escalade nameplate is known for.

Dear your reviews seem more like an AI generated article. The Human Touch especially the GCC based expat real life commentary is gone. No mention of how it will perform in GCC weather. No past flaws reported. The articles used to be more relatable.

Totally agree on Nabo Balboa’s comment, articles don’t seem realistic anymore, very AI generated with no personal touch. Hope they notice and improve.
