Mercedes Benz G55 AMG modified by MANSORY

The Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG has been modified both inside and outside by tuner company MANSORY. The G55 AMG, popular among in this region, has gone for a complete carbon-fibre makeover. Only seven will be available. It is called the MANSORY G-Couture.

The whole exterior has been changed to carbon-fibre, and that also the most expensive kind, as such high quality is mainly used for aerospace or aviation. The interior has been upgraded to leather everywhere, with a new sports steering wheel and aluminium pedals. Some parts of the cabin are said to be made of python skin. The back bench has been replaced with four single seats. The centre-console also extends all the way close to the back seat. The G-Couture rides on some 23-inch SUV rims wrapped around 305/35 R Pirelli tyres.

The 5.5-litre V8 super-charged engine has been upgraded as well. Taking parts from the Mercedes-Benz SLR, the power has been tuned up from 507 hp to a massive 700 hp and torque rises from 700 Nm to 880 Nm.

Judging by all the expensive mods, I am guessing only seven people in the world can afford it anyway. Most probably one or two could show up in the UAE or the GCC. For the latest updates on the standard Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG, have a look at the Mercedes-Benz G-Class buyer guide.
